Revenue sources

Manuscripts submitted before 1 July 2025 were not charged. The Faculty of International Maritime Studies (Kasetsart University, Thailand) used its budget to support the publication expenses.

Manuscripts submitted after 1 July 2025, if accepted for publication in MTR, will be required to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) of 290 USD. Such revenue from the APC will be used for journal management.

Kasetsart University, Sriracha campus, also provides partial financial support for MTR operations. No influence of any kind from those who provide financial support can affect the chief editor's decision. The chief editor upholds the highest ethical standards.
