Explanation

2021-02-22

The Journal accepts only manuscripts that strictly and completely adhere to the prescribed formatting guidelines. Therefore, prior to submission for peer review, authors must provide valid and reliable contact information to ensure seamless coordination regarding revisions, notifications, and other procedural matters throughout the entire process until publication is finalized. The Journal reserves the right to reject any manuscript if the author cannot be reached.

Manuscript Evaluation Criteria

Each manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process by at least 2–3 subject matter experts, assessing both quantitative and qualitative aspects. The evaluation outcomes are categorized into four levels based on the assigned scores:

41 – 50 points: Accept with minor revisions
31 – 40 points: Accept with moderate revisions
21 – 30 points: Major revisions required (re-submission for a second round of review)
1 – 20 points: Rejection (unsuitable for publication)

Important Conditions:

  • A manuscript must achieve an average score of 36 points or higher to proceed to the revision stage. However, the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to make the final decision based on the overall quality and appropriateness of the evaluation results.

  • In the event of a rejection, if the author wishes to resubmit, the manuscript must be treated as a new submission. The author is required to revise the paper according to the reviewers' feedback and provide a detailed "Response to Reviewers" (Point-by-point rebuttal).

  • Once the Editor verifies that all revisions are complete and comply with the journal’s formatting standards, the manuscript will proceed to the layout and proofing stage. A draft (galley proof) will be sent to the author for final verification prior to official publication.
