GUIDELINE FOR MANAGEMENT OF BROADCAST TOWER WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PUBLIC MA KLUA MAI SUNG NOEN NAKHON RATCHASIMA

Abstract

The research aimed 1) to study the operation of participant in the management of broadcast tower, 2) to survey the villagers’ satisfaction towards the operation of broadcast tower and 3) to offer a guidance in development the broadcast tower of Maklua Mai Sub-district Administrative Organization (SAO), Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Mix method was used in this research; qualitative research was related with documents and focus group from 5 key informants and quantitative research was used to collect the information from survey 400 participants. The research result found that the broadcast tower is important because it is the most suitable communication channel for community and it provides also information channel with the important content for villagers, which present comprehensively, accurately, fast, and be the benefit for the community by the model of present has not a certain program. There are 2 most suitable periods; between 07.00-08.00 am and 05.00-06.00 pm. Previously, it depended on their ideal program directors, which have an expert as professional program directors, who could communicate well. Moreover, they should be trained and developed themselves to gain the standard quality and extend the antenna for villagers in order to obtain the useful information.
