A STUDY OF GUIDELINES TO DEVELOPING LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE COURSE OF SCHOOL GUIDANCE SEVICES FOR COUNSELING PSYCHOLOGY AND GUIDANCE STUDENTS IN FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NAKHON RATCHASIMA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

The research purposes were to examine the characteristics and problems of learning management and to determine guidelines to develop learning management in the course of School Guidance Services for Counseling Psychology and Guidance of 4th- 5th year students in academic year 2016 of Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The sample of 37 students was particularly selected, the instruments were Likert scale questionnaire and interview, the efficiency evaluation from (IOC between 0.93-1.00) and reliability was 0.88. Data were analyzed by using means and standard deviation and also content analysis by essay presentation as the qualitative data.
The finding indicated that the characteristics and problems of learning management dimension and overview were at high level and guidelines to develop learning management consysed of 4 aspects: 1) Activities management to develop and the tools in follow up by using the developing theory intervention and youth counselor projects operation, 2) Writing plans of data collections, practice and choose appropriate tools with activities, 3) Illustrations to explain the writing plans process and feedback, explore the reinforcement, appropriate activities groups management, creative thinking designs and participation in data presentations and provisions, and 4) Emphasizing the student supports, substance integrations to practice in real situation and to choose appropriate technology tool.
