THE CAUSAL RELATIONSHIP OF ELEMENTS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SUB-DISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTION HOSPITAL IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH REGION 8th
The purpose of this research were to study the elements of effectiveness and the causal relationship of elements affecting the effectiveness of sub-district health promotion hospital in the 8th regional public health. The research were mix-method. The Qualitative research was conducted to analyze and synthesize content data, using semi-structured interview from key informants such as administrators, practitioners and service recipients of 3 masters of sub-district health promotion hospital in the 8th regional public health. The quantitative research has the sample consisted of 417 simple by random sampling methods. The Collected data from questionnaires was examined for content validity by five experts. The questionnaire have IOC was between 0.60-1.00 and the cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.96. They were analyzes the causal relationship by using the structural equation modeling.
The findings showed that there were four elements which wer based on administrative, services, academic and community. The most element that affected the effectiveness of sub-district health promotion hospital was academic followed by community, administrative and services were 0.75, 0.74, 0.65 and 0.61. The elements of effectiveness hospital administrative of sub-district health promotion hospital were goodness of fit with empirical data with statistical values X2=1.66, p=0.19, X2/df=1.66, RMSEA=0.01, CFI=0.99, TLI=0.99 and SRMR=0.01. In addition, continuously development of academic knowledge for personnel in sub-district health promotion hospital was important to organizational effectiveness.
