THE INFLUENTIAL FACTORS TOWARD POLITICAL PARTICIPATION CULTURE OF PEOPLE IN SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN MUEANG CHACHOENGSAO

This quantitative research aims to study on culture in the culture level and to analyze the culture that affects to the political participation of villagers in sub-district administrative organization, Mueang Chachoengsao. The formula of Taro Yamane was used to categorize the sample at 398.62, to achieve data integrity, the 400 samples was selected by the simple sampling method. The 5 rating scale questionnaires were used to collect data, IOC values ranging above 0.50, the reliability score at 0.95 The statistical used to analyze the data are Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple regression analysis.
The research found that the influential factors toward political participation culture of people indicated at average level ( =3.26, S.D.=0.53) and in the cultural level of political participation of villagers indicated at average level (
=3.26, S.D.=0.53) ). A linear relationship with the studied factors were statistical significant at 0.05 The best predictive variable was selected as inclination factors towards the administrative structure (X 1), personal inclination factor towards political activities (X 3), and benefit factors (X 4) The positive direction of the political participating culture indicated at 0.21, 0.19 and 0.09 respectively, which can be written as predictive equations in the raw score format as follows:
=1.52+0.21(X1)+0.19(X3)+0.09(X4)
