Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) Study the model of online training by using interactive multimedia technology based on constructivism to enhance in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency, 2) Create training website by model of online training by using interactive multimedia technology based on constructivism to enhance in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency for quality, and 3) Study in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency by using the online training. The research sample were selected by Volunteer nonrandom method of 30 trainees. The research instruments were the training website based on online training by using interactive multimedia technology based on constructivism and the in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency evaluation form. The statistic were analysed by mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results of this research were showed that: 1) Model of online training by using interactive multimedia technology based on constructivism to enhance in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency Are suitable favorably which consists of three main components: input, consists of online Training and interactive multimedia technology process, consists of active training, collaboration and coaching and output, computer and technology competency consists of knowledge, skill, and attitude and called this model is ACCOCO model, 2) the quality of training website by model of online training by using interactive multimedia technology based on constructivism to enhance in-service teacher’s computer and technology competency evaluated were at high level, and 3) teacher’s computer and technology competency showed that trainees have increased functional competency relatively at a high level, the learning achievement test scores were higher than the pre-test scores at the significance level of .05, effectiveness index scores at 0.59, average practical skills and personal characteristic of attributes scores at 4.38 and the trainees’ teacher’s attitude towards using model of online training has an average 4.41 showed at high level.
