This research aimed to 1) study the moral, 2) create a moral development model, and 3) evaluate the moral development model of school administrators. It was a mixed method research. Qualitative research, to interview a-5 purposive experts by using the research instrument of interview form with the IOC of 1.00. Content analysis was employed and Quantitative research, 740 simple random sampling was used. The instrument for gathering data were a questionnaire on moral with the IOC of 1.00, and the reliability of 0.89, then the research data was gathered then mailed mutually. In addition, an evaluative form on appropriateness with the IOC of 1.00 was also employed. Data from a-9 purposive target was analyzed for computing mean and standard deviation.
The results found the moral of school administrators, the overall was at a high level ( =3.89, S.D.=0.36). The moral development model was consisted of 6 components, which are the model of 1) principle, 2) purpose, 3) operation, 4) practical guidelines, 5) the guidelines’ evaluation, and 6) the conditions. The results of evaluation on a moral developmental model found that, self-moral, moral to colleagues, moral to task, and sincerity based on appropriateness was at a highest level (
=4.63, S.D.=0.11) and based on feasibility was at a high level (
=4.10, S.D.=0.28).
