การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถานศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 50 โรงเรียน มีผู้ให้ข้อมูล โรงเรียนละ 5 คน รวมทั้งหมด 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอนเดียว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษาในภาพรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ในระดับสูงมาก และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 70.60 โดยตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่มีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์สูงสุดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 คือ ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถทางวิชาการของครู
