การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำโปรแกรมไปใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 จำนวน 8 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงและสมัครใจเข้าร่วมพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีองค์ประกอบ 6 ด้าน คือ (1) หลักการของโปรแกรม (2) วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม (3) เป้าหมายของโปรแกรม (4) เนื้อหากิจกรรมการพัฒนาของโปรแกรม (5) กระบวนการพัฒนาและวิธีการเสริมสร้าง และ (6) การประเมินผล โปรแกรม มีความความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการใช้โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาพบว่า ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาหลังการพัฒนาสูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยกลุ่มผู้ประเมิน 2 กลุ่ม พบว่า โดยรวมทุกระดับอยู่ในระดับมาก
