การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษา โรงเรียนในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

การวิจัยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สำหรับครูมัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ความเข้าใจของครูก่อนและหลังฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม และ 3) ประเมินความสามารถของครูในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 1) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนทนา จํานวน 10 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 5 คน และครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษา 5 คน และ 2) กลุ่มครูมัธยมศึกษาโรงเรียนในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จํานวน 30 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2561 ใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง เพื่อเข้ารับการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม 2) ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 3) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 4) แบบประเมินแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และ Wilcoxon test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.86/ 81.11 2) ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูหลังการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม สูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) หลังการอบรมโดยใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม ครูมีความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมีความเหมาะสมมาก
