การฟื้นฟูวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานรากโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนตำบลพิมลราช อำเภอบางบัวทอง จังหวัดนนทบุรี

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคและกระบวนการฟื้นฟูวิสาหกิจชุมชนตำบลพิมลราช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง 27 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่มีโครงสร้าง ซึ่งมีความยืดหยุ่นแบบปลายเปิด เนื่องจากสนใจศึกษาในความหมายและประสบการณ์ที่คาดหวังอย่างชัดเจนและสมเหตุสมผล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นรายบุคคล ศึกษาดูงานวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่ได้มาตรฐานและมีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จัดประชุมและกิจกรรมทำผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน การสนทนากลุ่มทบทวนการทำงานและสรุปบทเรียนแบบมีส่วนร่วม และใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วิสาหกิจชุมชนมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านวัตถุดิบ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านการตลาด และการฟื้นฟูวิสาหกิจชุมชนมี 3 ระยะ คือ ก่อนการฟื้นฟู โดยจัดเวทีทำความเข้าใจ วิเคราะห์ปัญหาอุปสรรค ระหว่างการฟื้นฟู ที่เน้นกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้รูปแบบออนไลน์และในพื้นที่ และหลังการฟื้นฟู ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีความรู้สึกถึงการรวมกลุ่ม และทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันมากขึ้น และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ทำให้สามารถสร้างตราสัญลักษณ์ร่วมกันภายใต้ชื่อ “ทองพิมล” สำหรับออกร้านจำหน่ายเป็นสินค้าในงานประจำปีของจังหวัด ซึ่งทำให้ช่วยลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางเศรษฐกิจ และชุมชนเกิดกำลังใจในการเดินหน้าฟื้นฟูวิสาหกิจชุมชนต่อไป
