Abstract

   

Applying innovation and technology in participatory action research processes to achieve research objectives; 1) To create knowledge in managing mango production, 2) To create value-adding process and value of mango products, and 3) To develop innovations to support the development of mango producer community enterprises of Non-Chan sub-district community enterprise, Bua Lai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The target group was determined by a specific method of 15 people, using a semi-structured interview form approved by the research grant committee to collect data through in-depth interviews, group discussions analyzing internal and external, and organizing the workshop activities. The data collected was analyzed the content and comparative analyzed with numbers as percentages. The finding found that it could create knowledge in 4 issues, create 4 processes of adding value and get an innovative, efficient mango pulping machine. The product could be processed from only 5 kilograms, increased to more than 50 kilograms, using only 1 worker. It reduced labor wages to only 300 baht per day, reducing the time for stirring 50 kilograms in 15 hours and reducing the loss of productivity by 100%. This resulted in creating a career through community innovation and self-management capacity through a systematic mechanism for farmers and communities in the area with sustainable participation.
