รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

สถานศึกษามีหน้าที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องการดำรงชีวิตที่ดีสำหรับนักเรียน ดังนั้นในการวิจัยและพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็น 3) สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนา และ 4) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนา โดยกำหนดกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล 19 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 298 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และการศึกษาเอกสาร ใช้แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมิน ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกฉบับ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม การส่งและรับแบบสอบถาม จัดสัมมนากลุ่มอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จัดกิจกรรมการพัฒนา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คำนวณหาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ได้หน่วยการเรียนรู้ 5 องค์ประกอบ 17 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ภาพรวมของสภาพปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความต้องการจำเป็นอันดับแรกคือ ความรับผิดชอบ 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนาที่สร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย (1) หลักการและแนวคิด (2) วัตถุประสงค์ (3) เนื้อหา (4) กิจกรรมการพัฒนา (5) สื่อ อุปกรณ์ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ (6) การประเมินผล และ 4) ผู้เรียนมีผลการพัฒนาหลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามรูปแบบการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และครูผู้สอนมีความพึงพอใจรูปแบบการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ของกระบวนทัศน์การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนค่านิยมและจรรยาบรรณที่ดีในองค์กร ชุมชน และสังคมได้
