รูปแบบความร่วมมือในการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

การทำหน้าที่จูงใจสมาชิกรวมพลังเพื่อปฏิบัติภารกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จ เป็นบทบาทที่บุคคลได้รับการยอมรับในพื้นที่เพื่อสร้างชุมชนเข้มแข็ง นำมาสู่การวิจัยที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพความร่วมมือ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบความร่วมมือในการป้องกันปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 348 คน วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบมีจุดประสงค์ รวม 62 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ ที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.81-1.00 แบบบันทึกเอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดมีโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบทดสอบก่อน-หลัง ที่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ไปใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เป็นรายบุคค การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และการจัดอบรม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาพรวมของสภาพความร่วมมืออยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ยังพบเห็นการแพร่ระบาด ความต้องการ การลักลอบลำเลียงยาเสพติดในพื้นที่สูง กอปรกับการปฏิบัติภารกิจตามอำนาจหน้าที่แบบระดับชั้นทำให้เกิดความล่าช้า ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำรงชีวิตในชุมชน 2) รูปแบบความร่วมมือที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย (1) หลักการรูปแบบ (2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ (3) วิธีการดำเนินงานรูปแบบ (4) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และภายหลังการอบรมมีผลการทดสอบสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งคือผลลัพธ์ที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นต้นแบบการสร้างเสริมสังคมไร้ยาเสพติดในชุมชนที่ดีได้
