ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต (การจัดการรัฐกิจ) มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตตรัง

สหกิจศึกษาคือการจัดการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์จริงนอกห้องเรียน ที่สามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพให้เป็นบัณฑิตคุณภาพสูงตรงตามความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานได้ จึงนำมาสู่การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต (การจัดการรัฐกิจ) มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลา นครินทร์ วิทยาเขตตรัง 2) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาของนักศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในประเภทของหน่วยงานที่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต (การจัดการรัฐกิจ) ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาด กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเจาะจงพนักงานที่ปรึกษาที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสถานประกอบการให้ดูแลและเป็นที่ปรึกษานักศึกษาของหลักสูตรขณะปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 78 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.85 เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการรับ-ส่ง ผ่านช่องทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งได้รับกลับคืนร้อยละ 100 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติเพื่อการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ ร้อยละ และวิเคราะห์คำตอบจากข้อเสนอแนะด้วยการจัดกลุ่ม จำแนกประเด็นเป็นรายด้าน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาของนักศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่ามาตรฐาน (µ=4.68, =0.832) 2) นักศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ (µ=4.71,
=0.375) มีประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติสหกิจศึกษาสูงกว่านักศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานภาคเอกชน (µ=4.55,
=0.395) และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาใน 4 ด้าน คือ (1) ด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ร้อยละ 36.36 โดยปรับปรุงความมีระเบียบวินัย การตรงต่อเวลา และปฏิบัติตามวัฒนธรรมองค์กรอย่างเคร่งครัด (2) ด้านความสำเร็จของงาน ร้อยละ 25.00 โดยปฏิบัติงานด้วยความละเอียดรอบคอบ ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานของตนเอง และมีความรวดเร็ว (3) ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ร้อยละ 22.73 โดยการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัล และ (4) ด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ร้อยละ 15.91 โดยการทำงานเชิงรุก และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางที่จำเป็นและมีความสำคัญต่อรายวิชาเตรียมสหกิจศึกษาทางรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์สำหรับการเรียนการสอนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่การทำงานในสถานประกอบการได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
