การบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี และเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานระบบการดูและช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ประชากรได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 2,298 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 331 คน จากตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน ใช้การสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IN THEEDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICEOF PATHUM THANI EDUCATIONAL SERVICE

The objectives of this research were to study the management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Pathum Thani educational service and to compare the management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Pathum Thani educational service classified as the educational areas, the work experiences, and the school sizes. The tool for data collection was the questionnaire. As the population, there were 2,298 teachers. The sample size was 331 obtained from the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The stratified sampling method was used. The statistical tools for data analysis were percentage, average, and standard deviation. The research results were found that: 1. The management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Pathum Thani educational service was entirely at the high level. 2. The affecting factors to the management of the student care and support system in the educational opportunity expansion schools under the office of Pathum Thani educational service classified as the educational areas, the work experiences and the school sizes had the statistically significant difference at the .05 level in every aspect.
