แนวโน้มความต้องการบัณฑิตสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) แนวโน้มความต้องการบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ 2) คุณสมบัติ ของบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่หน่วยงานต่างๆ ต้องการและคาดหวังและ 3) เพื่อนำผลวิจัยมาใช้ประโยชน์ใน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและจัดการเรียนการสอนสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการด้านวิชาชีพในระดับ ประเทศโดยทำการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้บัณฑิตตามหน่วยงานทั่วประเทศ สามารถรวบรวมได้จำนวน 86 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภายในระยะเวลา 5 ปี ต้องการรับบัณฑิตในตำแหน่งงาน ได้แก่ โปรแกรมเมอร์ วิศกรซอฟต์แวร์ และนักพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ระบบ ตามลำดับ และต้องการบัณฑิตที่มีคุณสมบัติด้านคุณธรรมและ จริยธรรมมีความเสียสละและรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.9, S.D. = 0.55) ด้านทักษะวิชาชีพ มีความรู้ พื้นฐานทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.7, S.D. = 0.58) และด้านทักษะทางสังคมมีความสามารถในการ ตัดสินใจปฏิภาณไหวพริบและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.8, S.D. = 0.33) จากข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า กลุ่มหน่วยงานเอกชน มีต้องการบัณฑิตที่มีคุณสมบัติทักษะทางด้านพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ระบบเป็นจำนวนมากเนื่องจากเป็นการ ทำงานจริงบนระบบ และสามารถนำประสบการณ์ประยุกตใช้งานได้โดยผลการวิจัยนี้จะนำข้อมูลด้านต่างๆ มาเป็นส่วนประกอบ ในพัฒนาหลักสูตรวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์และจัดการเรียนการสอนในสาขาวิชาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เหมาะสมและทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของหน่วยงานในประเทศไทย เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ

TRENDIN EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENTS GRADUATES IN COMPUTER SCIENCEPROGRAM

The aim of this research is to study 1) trend in employers requirements for computer science graduates 2) the qualification of computer science graduate requires and expectations in organization and 3) in order to use the research results in utilization for develop the curriculum and managed instruction in computer science accordance with the profession requirement in national level. The study quantifiedof a group of employers the graduates in organizations throughout the country. Collectible data number of 86 organizations throughout the country. The instruments used for the study was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The study found within 5 years requires graduate positions including programmer,software engineering and software developer respectively and required graduates with qualifications in moral and ethics are a sacrifice and responsibilities include at the highest level ( = 4.9, S.D. = 0.55) professional skills are a knowledge base in both theoretical and practical at the highest level ( = 4.7, S.D. = 0.58) and social skills are an ability to make decision intelligence and able to solve unexpected problems at the highest level ( = 4.8, S.D. = 0.33). According to recommendations found the group of private section employees to require graduates that are qualified skilled software developments are numerous. Because the actual working on system and indicating that they could apply knowledge gained for work. The results from this research various data will be used to developing computer science graduates and managed instruction in computer science to appropriate and up-to-date accordance with the requirement of Thailand organizations to enhance quality and professional standard.
