ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการ กองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและ ชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุน หมู่บ้าน และชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติ งานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 386 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัด ปราจีนบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งสองปัจจัย โดยปัจจัยด้านการดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยมาก ไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านผลการดำเนินงาน และด้านการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านหลักธรรมาภิบาล อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านหลักความ รับผิดชอบ ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า และด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม

2. ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการอย่างเสมอภาค ด้านการให้บริการ อย่างต่อเนื่อง และด้านการให้บริการอย่างเพียงพอ

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน และชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการดำเนินงาน และปัจจัยด้านหลักธรรมาภิบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกองทุนหมู่บ้าน และชุมชนเมือง อำเภอประจันตคาม จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี

THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF VILLAGE AND URBAN COMMUNITY FUNDS IN PRACHANTAKHAM DISTRICT, PRACHINBURI PROVINCE

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the factor affecting the performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province 2) to study the performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province 3) to study the relationship between the factor affecting the performance and effective performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province.The samples were 386 people who were number of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province. The instrument used in data collection was a 5 rating scale questionnaire and the statistic used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient.

The results were as follows:

1. The factor affecting the performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province were both of factors almost in high level. The first is factor operation when consider separately, all aspect was also in a high level. Three high aspects average score were the management, overall operation, strengthening, respectively. And the factor accordance when consider separately, all aspect was also in a high level. Three high aspects average score were the responsibility, worthiness, participation, respectively.

2. Effective performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province was in high level. When consider separately, all aspect was also in a high level. Three high aspects average score were the equally hospitality, continually hospitality, sufficiently hospitality, respectively.

3. The relationship between the factor affecting the performance and effective performance of the Village and Urban Community Funds in Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province are the factor affecting the performance had a negative correlation with the effective performance. When consider separately, strengthening was also in a high level, inferior to the management and the overall operation with nonstatistically significant. And the factor accordance had a negative correlation with the effective performance. When consider separately, responsibility was also in a high level, inferior to the worthiness and the accordance with non-statistically significant.
