บทคัดย่อ
เมื่อเกิดการระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 ระลอกใหม่ขึ้น ทำให้สถานศึกษาต้องปิดและสอนด้วยรูปแบบออนไลน์ ทำให้เกิดความกังวลว่าอาจารย์จะจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างไร โดยงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการสอนออนไลน์และความต้องการสิ่งสนับสนุนจากโรงเรียนและมหาวิทยาลัยของอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมสาธิตวัดพระศรีมหาธาตุ มหาวิทยาลัย
ราชภัฏพระนคร โดยการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจศึกษาจากอาจารย์ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างในกรณีที่ประชากรมีจำนวนแน่นอนที่ความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 5 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 40 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในช่วงการระบาดระลอกใหม่ อาจารย์สามารถจัดสอนออนไลน์ให้กับนักเรียนได้ โดยใช้วิธีการผสมผสานทั้งสอนสดผ่านแอพลิเคชัน Zoom บันทึกวิดีโอทางแอพลิเคชัน YouTube และมอบหมายงาน การบ้านทั้งหมดโดยบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนด้วยแอพลิเคชัน Google Classroom สำหรับความต้องการสิ่งสนับสนุนนั้นต้องการในด้านสถานที่ สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้ออำนวย อุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีในการสอน แนะนำเทคนิคในการสอนออนไลน์ รวมทั้งปรับปรุงระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตให้มีความเสถียรและความแรงของสัญญาณที่มีคุณภาพ ควรกำหนดในเชิงนโยบายให้นักเรียนและอาจารย์ใช้แอพลิเคชันในการสอนที่เป็นระบบเดียวกัน โดยมีรหัสผู้ใช้ที่เป็นของโรงเรียนหรือมหาวิทยาลัยจะทำให้สามารถบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบออนไลน์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
