READINESS TO IMPLEMENT ONLINE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF WAT PHRASRIMAHADHAT SECONDARY DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL PHRANAKHON RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY UNDER THE NEWLY EMERGING OF COVID-19 PADEMICS

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study readiness to implement online learning management and the needs for organizational support. This research was the survey research. The research population consisted of 32 teachers and 13 students who was the trainees in teaching. The samples for this research which were ramdomed by Krejci and Morgan’s Table were 40 teachers of Wat Phrasri Mahadhat Secondary Demonstration School Phranakhon Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a questionnaire on readiness to implement online learning management and the need for organizational support. The percentage value was used to analyze the data. The research results were found that teachers can provide online teaching for students by using the combinations including live teaching via Zoom application, video recording via YouTube application, and teaching and learning management by assigning the homework and assignment via Google Classroom application. Talking about needs, they were required in terms of location, environment, teaching equipment, and technology. Techniques for online teaching were introduced and improve the internet system stability. Finally, the policy should be set for students and teachers to use the same platform for learning applications that could manage online learning more efficiently
