ประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบออนไลน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญของสมรรถนะของผู้สอน ความพร้อมของผู้เรียนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก และประสิทธิภาพการเรียนออนไลน์ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของสมรรถนะของผู้สอน ความพร้อมของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบออนไลน์ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญจากนักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง 6 คณะ จำนวน 376 ตัวอย่าง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมานด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความสำคัญของสมรรถนะของผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.25
ความพร้อมของผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.23 ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.17 และประสิทธิภาพการเรียนออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.21 ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยสมรรถนะของผู้สอน (β= 0.256) ความพร้อมของผู้เรียน (β= 0.261) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก(β= 0.414) ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบออนไลน์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งชี้ให้เห็นถึงการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ที่จำเป็นต้องให้ความสำคัญทั้งในส่วนของสมรรถนะผู้สอน ความพร้อมของผู้เรียน และสภาพแวดล้อมถึงจะนำไปสู่ประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์
