บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการวัดและประเมินผลความสามารถในการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ทางคณิตศาสตร์ในการแก้ปัญหาตามแนวทางการประเมินของ โปรแกรมประเมินสมรรถนะนักเรียนมาตรฐานสากล (Programme for International Student Assessment) หรือ PISA ของนักเรียนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – 6 และ มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 3 โดยได้ทำการสร้างแบบทดสอบเพื่อวัดและประเมิน แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 การอ่านจับใจความจากสถานการณ์ปัญหา ตอนที่ 2 การแก้ปัญหาโดยการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ทางคณิตศาสตร์เบื้องต้น และ ตอนที่ 3 การเขียนแสดงวิธีทำอธิบายกระบวนการคิดที่ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหา
ผลการศึกษาจากนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – 6 และระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 – 3 พบว่า ตอนที่ 1 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 68.03% ของคะแนนเต็ม และ 82.77% ของคะแนนเต็ม ตามลำดับ ตอนที่ 2 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 41.05% ของคะแนนเต็ม และ 53.80% ของคะแนนเต็ม ตามลำดับ และ ตอนที่ 3 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 13.20% ของคะแนนเต็ม 29.04% ของคะแนนเต็ม ตามลำดับ
