แนวทางการพัฒนาขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 161 คน ได้มาจากการเทียบตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.24 , S.D.=0.70) โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน รองลงมาคือ ความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ รายได้และสวัสดิการ สภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรลดภาระงานที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอน จัดสรรเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยงานด้านธุรการ มอบหมายงานตามความสามารถของครู ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพ และสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้ครูแสดงความคิดเห็น รับฟังปัญหา ยอมรับและให้เกียรติซึ่งกันและกันในองค์กร มีระบบให้รางวัลที่เป็นธรรม และจัดสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสม
