THE FORMAT OF THE CURRICULUM OF BACHELOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN MATHEMATICS AND KEY COMPETENCIES FOR MATHEMATICS TEACHERS IN THE B.E. 2565

Abstract
The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) to study the appropriate format of the curriculum of Bachelor of Education program in Mathematics in the B.E. 2565 in the format of Single Subject Major and Major-Minor Subject Major; (2) to study key competencies and skills for Mathematics teacher in the B.E. 2565. The study was conducting from education program in Mathematics students, Mathematics teacher and people involved in education related to educational management in the field of Mathematics, in group of 213 people.
The results indicated that (1) the format of the curriculum of Bachelor of Education program in Mathematics in the B.E. 2565 for the format of Single Subject Major is 48% and for the format of Major-Minor Subject Major is 52%; (2) the top 3 of Minor Subjects that should be studied with Mathematics are English, Computing and Psychology; (3) Knowledge in other fields for Mathematics teachers, top 3 of necessary level are English, Computing and Psychology, top 3 of not necessary level are Music, Physical Education and Buddhism.
