THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGEMENT BASED ON 7 HABITS OF EXECUTIVES AND THE EFFICIENCY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION UNDER PATHUMTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The purposes of this research study were: 1) to study the level of management based on 7 habits of the school administration, 2) to study the level of administration efficiency of the school administrators, 3) to examine the relationship between management based on 7 habits of executives and the efficiency of school administrators under Pathumthani primary educational service area office 1, and 4) management guideline based on the relationship between management based on 7 habits of executives and the efficiency of school administrators. The sample of this research were 251 teachers from Khlong Luang District under Pathumthani, primary educational service area office 1 and 7 school administrators. A rating scale questionnaire with Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) between 0.80 – 1.00 with the reliability of .98 and structured interview was used to collect the data. A statistical software was used to calculate frequency, mean and standard deviation and Pearson’s Correlation. The research results indicated that: 1) the management based on 7 habits of the school administration and the level of administration efficiency of the school administrators were at high level in overall. 2) the level of administration efficiency of the school administrators were at high level in overall. 3) there was positively high correlation between the relationship between management based on 7 habits of executives and the efficiency of school administrators with the statistically significant level at .01 and coefficient of correlation at r = .92. 4) the management guideline based on the relationship between management based on 7 habits of executives and the efficiency of school administrators were the school administrator’s responsibility, competent at work, organize and prioritize work, open mind to accept opinions, and ability to to develop themselves and organization.
