ACADAMIC AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN CHONBURI 3 CONSORTIUM UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE CHONBURI RAYONG

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to study 1) the level and 2) compare Academic Affairs Administration of School Administrators in Chonburi 3 Consortium under The Secondary Education Service Area Office, Chonburi Rayong province, classified by gender, education level and work experience. The sample was teachers in school Chonburi 3 Consortium under The Secondary Education Service Area Office, Chonburi Rayong, academic year 2022, 274 people that random from the population is the total of 11 schools and 955 teachers, which were obtained from the schedule of the sample group of Krejcie & Morgan, the level of confidence. Stratified random sampling. The tools used in the study were questionnaires has a reliability value of .94. Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, average, standard deviation and t-test. The study found that academic administration level overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average score of each aspect was at the highest level, planning, establishing regulations and guidelines for academic work and development of internal quality assurance systems and educational standards. The average scores for each aspect were at a high level, selection of books, textbooks, development and use of educational technology. This research improves educational quality in educational institutions. Development or implementation of opinions, development of local curriculum content and cooperation in academic development with other educational institutes and organizations respectively. Administration comparison according to teachers' opinions classified by sex and education level, overall and each aspect is not different. And work experience in research to improve the quality of education in educational institutions, 5 Selection of books, textbooks, development and use of technology for education. Work experience of 6-10 years and 11-15 years or more was significantly different at the .05 level, but overall and other aspects were not different.
