Development of an Online Training Package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety for Teachers in Charge of Student Help-Care Work System Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to develop an online training package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety for teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 based on the predetermined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning achievement as a result of being trained by the online training package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety for teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System; and (3) to study the opinions toward the training by using the online training package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety of the teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System.
This research was a research and development study. The research population comprised 216 teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System of schools in 19 networks under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 during the 2024 academic year. The research sample consisted of 39 teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System of schools in four networks under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 during the 2024 academic year, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research tools consisted of an online training package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety; two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and a questionnaire on the opinions toward the training package. The statistics employed for the data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research findings revealed that (1) the developed online training package in the Program of Educational Management for Safety was efficient at 82.31/81.78, thus meeting the pre-determined 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the teachers in charge of the Student Help-Care Work System who were trained with the online training package had increased their learning achievement significantly at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the teachers in charge of Student Help-Care Work System had opinions at the most agreeable level toward the training with the use of the online training package, with the issue receiving the top rating mean being that of the contents being consistent with the objectives.
