Technology Call Center Promotion to Health Care and Life management of the Elderly in the 5G Era

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of call center technology promotion for the elderly in the 5G era, 2) the level of health care for the elderly in the 5G era, and 3) the life management level of the elderly in the 5G era. This research uses a quantitative research methodology. The population used in the research was people living in Bangkok in 50 districts according to household registration. According to the copy of house registration, 1 person per household, 8 households per district, 1 person per person, male or female aged between 60-70 years, 400 people.
