การศึกษาเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของความสัมพันธ์แบบไม่ผูกมัดในวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นในบริบทของสังคมไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติ ความหมาย เงื่อนไข และผลของความสัมพันธ์แบบไม่ผูกมัด (Friends with Benefits: FWB) ในกลุ่มวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นภายใต้บริบทของสังคมไทย โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 15 คน ประกอบด้วยเพศชาย เพศหญิง และกลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTQ+) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ด้านทัศนคติและความหมาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสะท้อนภาวะก้ำกึ่งระหว่างความต้องการใกล้ชิดกับการรักษาเสรีภาพส่วนบุคคล โดยทัศนคติขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ชีวิต อัตลักษณ์ทางเพศ และบริบทสังคม (2) ด้านเงื่อนไขและสาเหตุ เพศชายมักต้องการควบคุมขอบเขตความสัมพันธ์และหลีกเลี่ยงความเปราะบางทางอารมณ์ เพศหญิงเลือกความสัมพันธ์นี้จากประสบการณ์ความรักที่ล้มเหลวเพื่อรักษาระดับความผูกพัน ขณะที่กลุ่ม LGBTQ+ ใช้เป็นพื้นที่สำรวจและยืนยันอัตลักษณ์ รวมถึงหลีกเลี่ยงการตีตราจากบรรทัดฐานรักต่างเพศ (3) ด้านผลกระทบ ความสัมพันธ์แบบไม่ผูกมัดส่งผลต่อพัฒนาการทางอารมณ์ การสร้างอัตลักษณ์ และการจัดการความสัมพันธ์ ทั้งในแง่การเข้าใจตนเอง การหลีกเลี่ยงความเสียหายทางใจ และความสับสนเมื่อต้องเผชิญความผูกพันที่ไม่ได้ตั้งใจ
