ความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแม่บ้านห้วยกาน (The Success of Huaykan community Enterprise)

Abstract

รายงานฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาจุดกำเนิด รูปแบบ และความสำเร็จของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน แม่บ้านห้วยกานเบเกอรี่ โดยการสนทนา การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์ ประธานกลุ่ม คณะกรรมการกลุ่ม และสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 18 ราย และศึกษาจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า จุดกำเนิดของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกิดจากการรวมตัวของสมาชิกกลุ่มแม่บ้าน 10 คน ที่มีความสนใจ ความรักและสามัคคีร่วมกันดำเนินงานอย่างมุ่งมั่น สมาชิกมีส่วนในการเป็นหุ้นส่วนโดยการร่วมลงทุนในวิสาหกิจ รูปแบบประกอบด้วยโครงสร้างการดำเนินงานอย่างชัดเจนพร้อมระบบบริหารจัดการขณะเดียวกันประชาชนในชุมชนองค์กรทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนต่างให้การสนับสนุนความสำเร็จที่ยั่งยืนประการหนึ่งเกิดจากการใช้วัตถุดิบในท้องถิ่นเป็นส่วนผสมหลักของเค้กขณะเดียวกันโครงการได้มีส่วนในการสร้างงานและเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับคนในท้องถิ่น

The Success of Huaykan community Enterprise

This report investigates the origin, model, and success of a housewife community bakery enterprise in Huaykarn village. The sample was eighteen members of the group. The data were obtained by focus groups, observation, and interviews. The obtained data was analyzed by content analysis. The enterprise was formed with a group of ten members. The members shared their interests and inspirations. They worked collaboratively and continued learning. The group included a management system and the members invested and became shareholders. Support from various groups and organizations was also major factor for the success of the project. Moreover, using the raw materials of the province as the main ingredients of the product was a key for sustainable progress. Additionally, the enterprise created job opportunities and income for local people.
