แนวทางพัฒนาระบบบริการของหน่วยกู้ชีพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังหินลาด (Medical Service Development for Wunghinlad Tambon Rescuers)

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบบริการของหน่วยกู้ชีพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังหินลาด อำเภอชุมแพ จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ การประชุมกลุ่มย่อยและการสังเกตการณ์แล้วนำมาเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานหน่วยกู้ชีพ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบบริการหน่วยกู้ชีพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลวังหินลาด ต้องพัฒนาปรับปรุงการจัดรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมชัดเจน การสร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการต่างๆ  การสร้างความเข้าใจระหว่างหน่วยกู้ชีพกับชุมชน การประสานงานองค์กรในพื้นที่ และนำหลักการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการบริหารจัดการของระบบบริการของหน่วยกู้ชีพ

Medical Service Development for Wunghinlad Tambon Rescuers

The purpose of this study is to formulate guidelines for developing a service system of the Rescue Unit of Tambon Wang Hin Lat, Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. Data were collected through interviews, focus groups, and observation. The data were compared with the standard of the Rescuing Unit to analyze the content. The findings show that guidelines for developing the system of rescuing include improving the model of service provision management in a concrete manner, understanding of roles and duties among different committees, understanding between the Rescuing Unit and the people in the area, organizational coordination in the area, and applying the principle of good governance with the management of the Recuing Unit’s service system.
