21st Century Skills Affecting Academic Leadership of school Administrator in basic education school under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office

This study aims to determine 1) the 21st century skills of school administrator under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) Academic Leadership of school administrator under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. 3) The 21st Century Skills Affecting Academic Leadership of school Administrator in basic education school under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. The samples of this study was 86 schools under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. The respondent of each school were a school director or a deputy director school, and a teacher, with a total of 172 respondents. The questionnaire about the 21st century skills based on Bellanca and Brandt's concept and the academic leadership based on Hallinger and Murphy's concept was the instrument of this study. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The study shows that
1) The 21st century skills of basic education administrator under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, overall and each aspect at the highest level. Ranking from the highest arithmetic mean to the lowest were: curiosity and imagination, creativity and innovation, cross-cultural and awareness, critical thinking and problem solving, computing and ICT literacy, communication and collaboration, corporate and entrepreneurial spirit.
2) Academic Leadership of Basic School Administrator under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office were at the highest level overall and each aspect. Ranking from the highest arithmetic mean to the lowest were: defining the school goals, managing the instructional program and promote school climate.
- The 21st century skills in Cross-cultural and awareness, Computing and ICT literacy, Communication and collaboration, Curiosity and imagination and creativity and innovation affecting academic leadership of school Administrator Academic Leadership of school Administrator. Under the Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, the overall significance was statistically significant at the .05 level, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.866, able to predict the academic leadership of the school administrators overall at 75.10%. Written as a regression equation for prediction as follows:
