Phenomenon-Based Learning is a concept of the multidisciplinary learning integration, and promotes the students to create a body of knowledge by themselves, and learn happily. Therefore, an issue of the “flood” as a situation affecting a large number of Thai people has been raised by the academic article’s author team. This phenomenon has been used to design the learning activities through an integration among science, mathematics and technology subjects under expectation as a guideline for the teacher’s application in instructional management for preparing the students to be knowledgeable and ensure the prevention and abatement of the occurring impact in the time of the disaster crisis occurrence, and cultivation of the self-awareness and society at large help.
