ASSESSMENT OF RESEARCH COMPETENCY OF GRADUATES OF THE MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM CURRICULUM AND TEACHING DISCIPLINES PATHUM THANI UNIVERSITY

The objective of this research was to assess the research competency of graduates of the Master of Education program. Curriculum and teaching discipline Pathum Thani University and compare research competencies of graduates with different statuses. The research sample consisted of 35 graduates who graduated from the program in the academic year 2020, which were obtained by means of purposive sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. and the data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation. and one-way analysis of variance.
The results of the research found that
1) The overall and all aspects of graduates' research competency assessment results were at a high level. The side with the highest average was the characteristics of being a researcher, followed by knowledge and practical skills.
2) Comparison of research competency of graduates with different status found that for graduates who have different work experience the research competency in knowledge was significantly different at the .05 level. and overall is no different and graduates with school sizes that work the level of teaching and job titles are different. have research competencies, both overall and in every aspect, there were no statistically significant differences. at .05 level
