Development of Teachers with Dynamics to VUCA World

The present situation of the VUCA World is full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. That severely affected the educational organizations’ growth. It is very necessary for the educational organizations to change and prepare for a sudden attack from new era.The shift of school quality by using organizational learning is a systematic strategic in 3 learning levels of individual learning, team learning and organizational learning. There are dynamics of 3 learning levels that full of power to develop the teachers to be more professional. Development of Teachers with Dynamics is the sustainable way of educational organizations’ growth in the VUCA World.
