At present, various situations have changed Many actions in both the economic, social, and political. The operations of an organization require careful planning and action. consider and think carefully in the implementation Organizations with goals for excellence must learn and adapt to changes. It is a challenge for executives who are the people who will lead the organization toward success. achieve the goal by using influence and influencing others to follow at full efficiency able to persuade people in the organization to work successfully and achieve the goals of the organization. This article has two objectives: 1) to propose the theory of transformational leadership, and 2) to propose the concept of transformational leadership of school administrators.
