THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONS INFLUENCING SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

The objectives of this research are: 1). study school administrator's transformational leadership level 2). study the level of administration's effectiveness 3). study relation between school administrator's transformational leadership and administration's effectiveness 4). investigate predictive variables used to forecast school administrator's transformational leadership affecting the effectiveness of school administration The sample was school teachers in educational institutions affiliated with the Secondary Education Area Office Nakhon si Thammarat province in the year 2022 : 339 people Tools used as queries Analyze the data mean (), and standard deviation (S.D.), Pearson Product Moment Correlation (rxy), and simple linear regression.
The results showed that: 1). Overall school administrator's transformational leadership level was excellent in every aspect. Idealized Influence had the highest mean value, while individualized consideration had the lowest mean value. 2). Overall, the level of administration's effectiveness was excellent in every aspect. Academic administration had the highest mean value, while personnel management had the lowest mean value. 3).Relation between the school administrator's transformational leadership and the administration's effectiveness investigation found they have positive correlations in all aspects and the changes are in the same direction. The correlation coefficient is .823, which is considered as high with a statistical significance of .01 Also found that the idealized influence has the highest impact on the effectiveness of the school administration. 4). Using simple linear regression to indicate predictive variables to forecast school administrator's transformational leadership impact on the effectiveness of school administration found that the prediction equation of un-standardized score Y = .597+874X and the prediction equation of standardized score Zy = .82Zx
