Academies’ Effectiveness by Applying Teacher’s Good Governance Method under the Secondary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Si Thammarat

The objectives of this research were to study executive’s Academies’ effectiveness by applying teacher’s good governance method under The Secondary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Si Thammarat to examine the relation between the academies’ effectiveness and teacher’s good governance method under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat, and to find the forecasting model used to predict the academies’ effectiveness and academy principal’s good governance method under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The population is consisted of teachers and academic staffs under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The sampling groups were designated base on Krejcie and Morgan’s measurement table which separated into 345 participants. Research instrument used is a questionnaire. Statistics applied are frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, and Peason’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results showed that
- effectiveness of the academies under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat has the overall average and mean aspect in high level.
- the good governance usage of teachers under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat has the overall average and mean aspect in high level.
- the correlation coefficient between academies’ effectiveness and teacher’s good governance method under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat found that overall has high relation level (RXY).726 and has a positive relation with the statistical important insight at the level of .01.
- the analysis results of multiple linear regression to predict academies effectiveness can predict principal’s good governance method under The Secondary Educational Service Area in Nakhon Si Thammarat, and together predict the effectiveness of the academies which appear 61.10%.
