Mr A Study of Educational Management Via E-Learning Platform Applied for Yonisomanasikara in Mueang District Schools of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the general condition of learning management via E-Learning platform of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary educational service area office 2) to study the condition of learning management via E-Learning platform and the Yonisomanasikarna principle of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary educational service area office 3) to study the guidelines for learning management via E-Learning platform using the Yonisomanasikara principle of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office. By how to conduct research, this research is a quantitative research. The population used in this research are school administrators and teachers of schools in Mueang District under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office. The population groups used in the quantitative survey research were school administrators and teachers, totaling 584 people, selected by considering the criteria and qualifications with roles and duties in teaching and learning management and educational administration within educational institutions. The wholly average acquisition method (by random method) with a statistical significance of 0.5 from the Taro Yamane comparison table. A sample of 250 respondents from 8 schools in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat district was therefore obtained. The statistics used in the research were percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation. The research instrument was a questionnaire.

The results of research were found that 1) The results of the study found that general condition of learning management via E-Learning platform of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office, with respondents on the general condition of learning management via the E-Learning platform that were suitable at the highest level (x̄ = 4.95, S.D. = 0.17), 2) The result of the study found that the condition of learning management via E-Learning platform using the Yonisomanasikara principle of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office that was suitable at the highest level (x̄ = 4.82, S.D. = 0.43) and 3) Guidelines for learning management via E-learning platform of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office as follows: Learning management via E-Learning platform applied for the Yonisomanasikara principle of schools in Mueang district under Nakhon Si Thammarat secondary education service area office, with its educational resource management that was suitable at the highest level (x̄ = 4.82, S.D. = 0.46). As to the item 4 with budget supported for improvement the providing learning materials in teaching by subject groups with the highest mean (x̄ = 4.91, S.D. = 0.41), followed by item 5 with personnel assigned to work appropriately (x̄ = 4.90, S.D. = 0.39) and the lowest mean is item 2 with budget allocation as for the proper operation of each part and the participation with its aspect overall, it was suitable at the highest level (x̄ = 4.76, S.D. = 0.43), by item 3 participation in the preparation of educational development plans for learning management via E-learning platform (x̄ = 4.83, S.D. = 0.37), and Item 1 was proposed to encourage the community to participate in setting academic standards of educational institutions (x̄ = 4.83, S.D. = 0.37) with the same highest average, followed by item 5, as promoted educational establishments as learning centers of the community (x̄ = 4.82, S.D. = 0.38) and the lowest mean is item 4 Creating awareness for all personnel to have a culture of working together (x̄ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.48).
