Learning management in the 21st century of teachers at prapariyattidhamma school under general education department

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to; 1) to study level of Learning Management in the 21^st Century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School in General Education Department   Khon Kaen Province 2) to compare the Learning Management in the 21^st Century of Teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma School in General Education Department   Khon Kaen Province. The researcher collected the data from teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department   totaling 117 persons by the questionnaire and analyzed the data by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One - way ANOVA.

            The research findings revealed as follows:

1. Learning management in the 21^st century of teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department Khon Kaen Province overall was in the high level. Considered each aspect found that there were 4 sides of the teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department were in the high level; thinking, critical thinking and problem solving; information, communication, and ICT technology, innovation, Ideate and creativity. communication and working with others effectively
2. The comparison of the Learning management in the 21^st century of teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department Khon Kaen Province classified by gender, age, work experience and education that the teachers at Phrapariyattidhamma school in general education department were in the different gender, age, work experience and were statistically significant different at 0.05 However, the Learning management in the 21^st century were in the different education was not statistically significant different.
