Abstract

Flexible leadership is well-suited to today's world that is changing at an accelerated rate. Leaders must prepare to cope with changes in various crises that may occur unexpectedly to lead the organization to escape from various problems and obstacles as well as creating security which include facilitating works for personnel, solve uncertain or unpredictable circumstances in the organization and turn crisis into opportunity. Flexible leadership consists of compromising, agility and ability to respond to situations, openness to change which is more willing to embrace new things or fresh ideas, ability for good communication and coordination skills and able to manage risks effectively.
