This thesis has the following objectives: 1) To study the state of administration according to the tenets of educational institute administrators according to the views of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) To study the success of school administration in 4 aspects according to the views of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. and 3) To study the relationship between the administration of educational institutions according to the tenets of teaching and the success of school administration in 4 aspects of population as following : the teachers who work in schools Under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area Nakhon Si Thammarat Area 2, Academic Year 2021, total 2,620 people. A sample of 345 teachers.The number of samples compared according to the proportion from Taro Yamane's prefabricated table were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's Simple Correlation Statistics
The results showed that
1. The results of the analysis on the level of use of the totem allegory in the administration of educational institute administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, by including all 10 methods, found that there was an administration in accordance with the tenths of the Thotsa Chadok at the most level. When considering each aspect in descending order of average value, it was found that patience , prestige with the highest average, followed by truth; in the lowest average, respectively.
2. The results of the analysis on the success in the administration of educational institution administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in all 4 aspects found that there was a level of effectiveness of the administration. At the highest level When considering each aspect in descending order of average, it was found that academic administration with the highest average, followed by general administration; in the lowest average, respectively.
3. The results of the analysis of the overall relationship between the use of the ten-jataka principles in the administration of educational institute administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole (X) and the overall administrative effectiveness (Y) were found. that there is no relationship Considering each aspect, it was found that the use of the tenets in the administration of educational institution administrators was positively correlated with the effectiveness of personnel management (r = .153) with statistical significance at the level. .001 only on one side, while the other 3 areas are academic administration. In terms of budget management and general administration, it was found that there was no relationship.
