The Functional Competency of School Adminitrators in the Navasirinakharin Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

This research is survey research aimed at studying and comparing the opinions of teachers towards the competency of school administrators. in the Navasirinakharin campus Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Bangkok 2, classified by educational qualifications Academic standing and work experience the sample group used in the research was teachers in educational institutions. Navasirinakharin Campus Under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Bangkok 2, Academic Year 2022, using the method Stratified random sampling by relying on Cohen's ready-made tables, a total of 269 people were obtained. The research tools were 5 point scaled questionnaire with 40 items with a validity (IOC) between 0.6 – 1.00 and a confidence value. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.975. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency distribution, percentage value, mean, and standard deviation. t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The results showed that
- Teachers' opinions toward the work competency of school administrators in the Navasirinakharin University campus Under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area 2, overall and each aspect had opinions at a high level.

2.2 Teachers with different academic backgrounds There are opinions towards the competency of the school administrators. in the Navasirinakharin campus the area office A study of Bangkok Secondary Education Area 2, were different in terms of overview and in terms of communication and persuasion.
2.3 Teachers with different work experience There are opinions and opinions towards the competency of the administrators of educational institutions in the inter-campus. Navasirinakarin is under the area office A study of Bangkok Secondary Education Area 2. Overall and each aspect is not different.
