The research objectives were to determine: 1) the factors of the school administration in the education sandbox under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and 2) the confirmatory results for the school administration in the education sandbox under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The population of this research were 432 schools. The sample size consisted of 205 schools, which was determined by the Krejcie and Morgan sample size estimation tables. There were 3 respondents from each school which included 1) a director and 2) a deputy director for academic and 3) a teacher, with a total of 615 respondents. The research Instruments used to collect the data were semi-structured interview, opinionnaire and a factor confirmatory form. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis.
The findings reviewed that: 1.the factors of the school administration in the education sandbox under the Office of the Basic Education Commission and consisted of ten factors which were; 1) educational innovation development 2) educational innovation application 3) school networking for the education sandbox 4) development of teacher and personnel’s potential 5) creating of management strategy 6) management principles 7) goal setting of sandbox and 8) best practices 9) innovative Leadership of administrators and 10) identifying characteristics for sandbox school 2.The results of factor confirmatory form for all the school administration in the education sandbox under the Office of the Basic Education Commission were accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility.
