The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1) to study the level of application of Saranee Dhamma 6 of school administrators under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) to study the level of teamwork of educational personnel under the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office primary education 3) to study the relationship between the application of Saranee Dhamma 6 of school administrators and the teamwork of educational personnel under the Office of Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1 4) to find the predictors used in Forecasting the application of Saranee Dhamma 6 of school administrators that affects teamwork of educational personnel under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
The results showed that:
- The application of Saranee Dhamma 6 principles of school administrators that affect teamwork of teachers under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Classified by aspect overall was at a high level (x̄ = 4.14) and when sorted by aspect from descending to descending was 1) the physical mercy Si La Pramanyata side The attitude aspect 2) The public wealth aspect 3) The compassionate mind-karma aspect was at a high level ( x̄ = 4.13 )
- Teamwork of teachers Under the Office of Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area, Region 1, the overall level was at a high level (= 4.13) when sorted by descending aspect as follows: 1) Collaboration and interaction Work by using shared skills and experience 2) Collaboration of people Group work 3) The aspect of working together to achieve the specified results.
- The application of Saranee Dhamma 6 of educational institute administrators was at a high level. There was a positive correlation with teacher teamwork. The variables were selected into the equation. Ranked in order of importance: Metta-waji-kamma (X2), Metta-mano-kamma (X3), Metta-vaji-kamma (X5), Metta-vaji-kamma (X4),
Metta-kaya-kamma (X1) explained the variability of the application of Saranee Dhamma 6 by the administrators of the institute. studies under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1 at 97.5 percent. ( = .975)
- The predictive variables of Saraniyadhamma that affected teachers' teamwork were the verbal compassion (X2), compassion (X3), spiritual verbal (X5), which together explained the variance of the main application. Saraniyadhamma of school administrators was 97.5% with statistical significance at the .001 level. It can be written as a regression equation for prediction as follows : Zy' = 0.329 (X2) + 0.278 (X3) + 0.237 (X5)
