Innovative Development for Educational Administration in School

Abstract

School as the transferring agent for teaching and training all people from a child to the eldest. It is the place for change society to be modernization or preserving culture to maintain the value of society. Therefore, school plays the important roles in twenty-first century to change the growth in science and technology, communication, and educational innovation. The administrators and teachers in the school should adjust themselves for being learning persons and behavioral change to be educational innovation organization. For the successful goals and could be applied in developing management, they should design and create the new models, or innovations that better than the present practices. Including the behavioral change in their works, the administrator should lead their subordinates for organizational development by focussing on new paradigm shift and creation that affecting to be master learning persons that imply to learning organization, and develop to be the innovative organization.
