A Study of Operation of the Student Care and Support System of Special Education Center in the Efficiency Promotion Network of Education Management of Special Education Center Region 1 and Central

This research is a quantitative research. The objectives of this research were 1. to study the operation of student care and support system of special education center in the efficiency promotion network of education management of special education center region 1 and central 2. to compare the operation of student care and support system of special education center in the efficiency promotion network of education management of special education center region 1 and central according to the opinions of civil servant teachers and educational personnel classified by sexes, sizes of educational institution and positions. The sample consisted of 181 civil servant teachers and educational personnel of special education center in the efficiency promotion network of education management of special education center region 1 and central. The tool used in this research was the questionnaire. Statistical analysis methods used to analyze the data were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test independent sample, F-test (One-way ANOVA).
The results have shown as followed, 1. the operation of student care and support system of special education center in the efficiency promotion network of education management of special education center region 1 and central as whole was at a highest level. 2. different sexes and sizes of educational institution of these civil servant teachers and educational personnel as whole had difference of opinions at significant level 0.05 whereas different positions of these civil servant teachers and educational personnel as whole had no difference of opinions at significant level 0.05
