Abstract

This documentary research aims to shed light on the differences, interrelationships, and interplay between the concepts of administration and management and leadership. To lead to the presentation of a conceptual framework for educational administration. Especially at the level in educational institutions because research has confirmed that it is important because it is a practice base that will enable the mobilization of human and material resources to create practical benefits. It is a base of practice that will help strengthen teaching and learning that will result in students receiving the right education from the right teachers. And it is a practice base that will create influence that affects students to grow towards the goals set by having teachers lead the change. From the results of the research, it was found that the concepts of administration, management, and leadership are different but interrelated and influence each other. After processing, a conceptual framework for educational administration in educational institutions was suggested to be based on the concept of administration. Then bring in the concept of leadership to help make it stronger and clearer. Including bringing in the concept of management to help make it a complete system.
