Guidelines for the Participation in Academic Administration of Basic Education Commission primary school, Under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This study aimed to study the conditions for promoting participation in academic administration of the committee of basic education institutions in primary schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 1, Trang, and to study the guidelines for participation in academic administration of the committee of basic education institutions in primary schools under the Office of the Primary Education Area 1, Trang. The sample group used in this research was the committee of basic education institutions in the academic year 2024, totaling 178 people, and the informants in the interviews were 9 school administrators and 3 educational supervisors, totaling 12 people. The interviews were semi-structured. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, standard deviation, and content description. The research results found that:

1) The conditions for promoting participation in academic administration of the committee of basic education institutions in primary schools were at a high level overall.

2) The guidelines for participation in academic administration of the committee of basic education institutions were divided into 12 areas: (1) In terms of school curriculum development, training should be organized to develop knowledge and skills in analyzing basic curriculum. (2) In terms of learning process development, suggestions should be provided. And promote the development of the learning process in doing classroom research (3) In terms of measurement and evaluation, tools must be developed to meet the standards in each learning subject group. (4) In terms of research to develop educational quality, the quality of academic work as a whole should be analyzed and developed. (5) In terms of educational supervision, a system of academic supervision and teaching system should be organized. (6) In terms of educational guidance, it should be linked with a student care and support system. (7) In terms of developing an internal quality assurance system in educational institutions, an organizational structure should be organized to support the quality assurance system according to the indicators. (8) In terms of developing innovative media and technology, teachers should be promoted to produce teaching media and innovations. (9) In terms of developing learning resources, learning resources related to educational quality development should be surveyed. (11) In terms of coordination and cooperation, cooperation should be requested and a network of cooperation should be created in academic development. (12) In terms of promoting and supporting academic work for individuals, data on educational management should be surveyed, including the need for academic support. In addition, the results of the inspection confirmed the appropriateness and feasibility of the approach to promoting participation in academic administration of the Basic Education Commission, which is overall at a high level.
